In August 1988, 38 children from 17 different countries took part in the first LEGO World Cup building contest, held in Billund. That same year, LEGO Canada was established. The LEGO line grew again in 1989 with the release of the LEGO Pirates series, which featured a variety of pirate ships, desert islands and treasure; the series was also the first to depart from the standard minifigure smiling face to create an array of piratical characters.
During the next 20 years, the park grew to more than eight times its llamativo size, and eventually averaged close to a million paying visitors per year. More than eighteen million LEGO sets were sold in 1968.

In late 2001, a Harry Potter themed spin-off of the Lego Creator video game was released for Windows, titled LEGO Creator: Harry Potter. It is a sandbox game where the player can explore settings of the series (Diagon Alley, King's Cross Station, Hogwarts grounds, and Hogwarts interior) and make their own creations within the world, including your own custom sets, minifigures, Figura well as controlling different aspects of the world. There are also challenges the player Chucho complete to unlock new cutscenes and spells to use.

Importantly, all those references have credibility – they don’t feel gratuitous, nor just there for ‘fan service’ – they belong in these LEGO versions of the apartments for how the model Vencedor a whole has been designed so authentically.
A new series designed for advanced builders was released in 1990. Three Model Team sets, including a race car and an off-road vehicle, featured a level of detail and realism not previously seen in any LEGO series. Where Technic was mechanically accurate, Model Team was visually and stylistically accurate. The LEGO Group became one of the top 10 toy companies in this year; it was the only toy company in Europe to be among the top 10.
Janice’s outfits were particularly eye-catching across the entire show, and the design team have excellently recreated one of her leopard print tops in minifigure form, topped by a particularly large hairpiece and two brilliant facial expressions to choose between.
The second film had ten sets made in total, four less than its predecessor. These sets were designed to be combined with sets from the first film to form a larger Hogwarts setting. For some unknown reasons, Hermione does not appear in any of these sets, up until the new sets in 2018 came out.
It makes for an unfair comparison to this set, while focusing on what could have been at a higher price is also a disservice to what is on offer at this budget and within this piece count.
